“Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike,” Christopher Durang’s Tony Award winning comedy directed by Ruthi Engelke with Daniel Baer as Vanya, Doranna Benker-Gilkey as Sonia, Heather Petersteiner as Masha, Andrew Hempstead as Spike, Savanna Padilla as Nina, and Christina Augello as Cassandra. Stage manager is Tasheena Evenson with Sound Design by Tammy Rae Scott, Lighting Design by Mobius and Graphics by Carissa Pinnell. The Los Angeles Times said Durang’s comedy “will make you cry till you laugh” and the New York Times said “baby-boomer misery confronts a funnier future.”
The play won the Tony Award for best play in 2013.
