The Festival of Dreams is a new arts and culture festival taking place August 18-20, 2023 in the Eureka Cultural District, centered by the shores of Wigi (Humboldt Bay) and celebrating everything that is whimsical, weird, and wonderful about the world we inhabit. There will be a following weekend of new indoor performance works on October 5-8. The Festival is a collaborative project between the North Coast Repertory Theatre and Ink People Center for the Arts, generously funded by the City of Eureka. The 2023 festival theme is "SECRETS OF WIGI."
