Juneteenth Cultural Celebration

Juneteenth is an American holiday that commemorates the June 19, 1865 announcement of the abolition of slavery and the emancipation of enslaved African Americans throughout the former Confederate States of America.

Black Humboldt in collaboration with the local NAACP have put together a day long festival on SATURDAY JUNE  to celebrate and commemorate this day. This is a free community wide event with food, local vendors, performances, kids activities and more! Join us for a day of fun and celebration!
