March’s Redwood Region Audubon Society Women and Girls’ Walk is for early birds! Please join trip leader, Denise Seeger, on Sunday, March 26, at 6:30 a.m. for a sunrise walk at the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Meet at the Visitor Center where we will walk the Shorebird Loop Trail to hear and hopefully see, hundreds, if not thousands, of Aleutian Cackling Geese lift off their nighttime roosts! Who knows what other surprises may be in store? Waterfowl, shorebirds, secretive marsh birds, and more!
