Humboldt Community Access & Resource (HCAR)

Humboldt Community Access and Resource Center (HCAR) is a private, non-profit corporation serving people in Humboldt County with developmental disabilities.

The Humboldt Community Access and Resource Center (HCAR) is a multi-faceted agency established in 1954 to provide local services for people with developmental disabilities. HCAR offers adult day programs, a fine arts program, respite services (including behavioral respite), supported living services and employment training services.
