How Do We Make It? While visiting the Loleta Cheese Factory, our great staff will walk you through the entire process. Get a first hand education from our knowledgeable staff or the cheesemaking expert himself, Bob Laffranchi.

The Loleta Cheese Factory, home of award-winning natural quality cheese, began in 1982 when Bob Laffranchi started making cheese. The factory's name comes from the small, picturesque town where it is located, Loleta. This family-run business produces great tasting, premium, all-natural, four types of organic and all are GMO-Free cheeses, 38 varieties in all, more than two million pounds annually, from cows milk.
