A Ten Day Festival Inspired, Created, and Produced By Women

Playhouse Arts proudly presents a celebration of creativity and talent with the 8th Annual Zero To Fierce, in a ten day festival of theater, music, dance, art, and workshops, spotlighting the work of women playwrights, directors, performers, artists, dancers, and musicians. From March 1 to March 10, audiences will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a diverse array of performances that reflect the unique perspectives and voices of women in the theatrical arts.

The Zero To Fierce Festival aims to showcase the depth of women's contributions to art and theater, while providing a platform for emerging and established artists alike to share their stories and visions.

This festival is not only a testament to the incredible talent and creativity of women in the performing arts, but also a call to action for greater representation and inclusivity. We invite art and theater lovers of all ages and backgrounds to join us for ten days of unforgettable performances and meaningful conversations.

Highlights of the festival include:

Original Productions: Experience compelling narratives, thought-provoking dramas, and innovative storytelling in original works created and performed by women.

Interactive Lunchbox Series: Engage with guest speakers and artists at the Lunchbox Series, which presents a different topic each day, providing insights into the creative process, and fostering dialogue around gender representation in the arts. A soup and salad lunch is included.

Community Engagement: Attend a dance class, view the Womxn’s Art Gallery, and connect at the convivial symposium, a social dinner for women and non-binary people, in an evening of delicious food, song, and laughter.

Tickets for the festival are available for purchase online at www.zerotofierce.org. You can purchase a festival pass to see and do it all, or pay a la carte, with a few events being free. For more information and updates on the festival lineup, visit our website or follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

The purpose of Playhouse Arts is to build community through the arts, working to create a society that is inspired and empowered to work together for the common good in meaningful and effective ways.
