During the season more than 100 small farms from all over Humboldt County participate in farmers markets.
As certified producers, our farmers sell only the commodities that they have grown or raised. The range of products available is astounding; from vine ripened fruits and vegetables, to sweet honey, fresh oysters, trees, flowers, herbs and more.
The bounties of local farms and nurseries are back in swing at Farmer’s Markets around Humboldt County. The oldest certified farmers market in California is located on the Arcata Plaza, which offers fresh produce, flowers, plants, herbs, honey, prepared food, seasonal treats and live music.
