Join us for a thrilling adventure in the heart of the majestic Redwood Forest.
Join Redwood Parks Conservancy (RPC), California State Parks, and the National Park Service for the 12th Annual Run in the Redwoods 5K Walk & Fun Run in Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park. Runners of all levels are invited to experience the scenic trails of the majestic redwoods and participate in the post-run celebration at the visitor center from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., featuring music and hot dogs (weather permitting). All proceeds benefit Redwood National and State Parks and surrounding public lands.
Registration from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
Race starts:
• 10:00 a.m. - Fast Heat (under 7-minute miles)
• 10:15 a.m. - Middle Heat (7-10 minute miles)
• 10:30 a.m. - Last Heat (10+ minute miles and walkers)
Note: Exit 765 (North Newton B. Drury Parkway) from Klamath and Crescent City will be closed for the event. Use Exit 753 from Hwy 101 for the south entrance of North Newton B. Drury Parkway.
No Refunds. We want everyone to enjoy our events and also understand that the entry fees go directly to hosting the event and supporting Redwood National and State Parks.
