This annual community event is more than just a flower show.  
May 4 - 6, 2018

Hundreds of wildflowers from seashore to mountains, labeled and displayed by family or by habitat (dunes and redwood forest) - rare plants, edible and medicinal plants, invasive plants, live insect display. Guided wildflower walks in the dunes. Talks on wild medicinals, weeds, Native American uses of plants. Books to browse and wildflower posters for sale.
In addition to hundreds of flowers from fields, forests and marshes all over the county, there will be demonstrations of gardening, edible and medicinal plants, rare plants, invasive plants and American Indian culture.
