John and Joanie Frederick, the broker/owners of Azalea Realty, have over 20 years experience and have expanded to include four other agents. Andy Parker works with computer savvy buyers and sellers interested in residential properties. Shaelawn Matsen is a seasoned agent specializing in residential and commercial sales. Linda Eckert has been a broker since 1991, with experience in Humboldt County land, residential and income properties. Michelle Voyles, a Humboldt County native, has been in real estate since 1982 and specializes in listing and selling residential properties and land.

At Azalea Realty we have served and continue to serve on local boards including the Humboldt Bay Harbor District, Humboldt County Fish & Game Advisory Commission, the Northern California Home Builders, McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce, The McKinleyville Citizen’s Advisory Committee to name a few. These experiences have given us a detailed and informed view of community development.

As members of the local Humboldt County Association of Realtors, we have access through the Multiple Listing Service to the complete listings of all participating real estate offices.
