The bountiful waters of the Redwood Coast are why people love fishing in Humboldt County

If you can't get out in a boat, there are a few locations, piers and docks, where you can throw in a line or a crab net: The Del Norte Street pier, Adorni Center dock at the foot of L Street, North or South Jetties, the Trinidad Pier or the boat ramp at foot of Samoa Bridge. 

A fishing license is required and it is advisable to check with the Dept of Fish and Wildlife to find out what is in season.
