Using the freshest ingredients, the Deli prepares Traditional, Ethnic, Vegan and Vegetarian entrees every day. Whether it is grab-n-go or catered; great wholesome food is prepared from scratch using organic ingredients whenever practical. Just like your favorite old fashioned deli, our Co-op deli makes custom sandwiches, traditional and specialty salads and savory soups plus grilled veggies, tofu sticks and bulk tofu.
