Humboldt Lagoons
Both Big and Stone Lagoons have boat ramp access.  (camping)

Clam Beach 
Surf fishing and clamming: 7 1/2 miles north of Arcata (near McKinleyville) off Hwy 101 (exit Clam Beach Park off-ramp). (Camping).

Samoa Boat Ramp County Park
Samoa Penninsula -  A small RV camping site and boat launching park on the beautiful Samoa Penninsula, just minutes away from Eureka.

Eureka Public Marina
Two lane boat launch into Humboldt Bay

Bonnie Gool Dock
located near the Adorni Center at 101 Waterfront Drive and "L" Street.  

South Humboldt Bay & Ocean Beach Access
Also known as the South Spit, this narrow, 4.5 mile long strip of sand dunes and marshes, separates Humboldt Bay from the Pacific Ocean. Fishing along the jetty.

Fields Landing Boat Ramp 
A free county boat ramp that provides access to the southern half of Humboldt Bay.

Pedrazzini Boat Ramp
Loleta - Access to mouth of the Eel River. Take Cannibal Island Rd. out of Loleta to Cock Robin Island Rd. Ramp is before bridge on right.

Van Duzen County Park
From Fortuna - 12 miles east on Hwy 36. Beautiful virgin redwood groves great for picnicking, camping, hiking, fishing and swimming in the Van Duzen River. (camping) 

Grizzly Creek Redwoods State Park
Hwy 36 Carlotta. A small but beautiful redwood park on the Van Duzen River. Camp, Fish, swim and canoe in the river, then hike the redwoods! (camping)

Southern Humboldt Community Park
Sprowell Creek Road Garberville - Picnic, swim and fish in the Eel River in this day-use only park, located near Garberville in southern Humboldt.

Richardson Grove State Park & Benbow State Reserve
South of Garberville - Two state parks on the south fork of the Eel river offering seasonal camping, boating, fishing, and swimming.
